pvz garden warfare 2 constantly crashing on xbox one

My PvZ constantly crashes I have done troubleshooting with Microsoft and also EA. I am now at my 72 hour mark after the EA support. It is a disc not download and i have even taken my first disc back....

Strange.  Im not seeing high volumes of crashes from the general population.

Is there anywhere in particular, a character you are using or anything else that can help me out?

Im assuming you tried Power Cycle on the console and possibly reinstalling?

I am having the same issues with mine. I don't get a specific error from the game, just says it took too long to load, have tried reinstalling. Have had issues with my Xbox and still had coverage for that, so I've even exchanged that at this point.
