PVZ Garden Warfare 2 preorder bonuses

Pre-ordered PVZ garden warfare 2 and received it but can't seem to get the pre-ordered bonuses. There was nothing in the game case. How do I download them.

    Where did you preorder it from? Gamestop? (Then a code would be printed on the receipt.) BestBuy store pickup online? (Code will be emailed an hour after you've received it.)

    pre-ordered from Target and received no code either.  how do we get the pre-order swag?

    Did you do that online or in store? If online check email.. If in store it's on your receive "auto correct won't let me spell it"  the thing you get when you buy stuff haha
