PvZ Garden Warfare 2 sudden peformance issues

A couple days ago I was playing multiplayer normally and at one point my game's audio just stopped and my peformance worsened, each time I did alt + tab out of the game my speakers would kind of pop. I only logged in to maintain my exp multiplier and I was very laggy. I didn't touch it for 2 days and now when playing it has audio but the game stutters and freezes for split seconds as if I'm about to get a blue screen + the performance was bad again. It was perfect before it bugged out. I've repaired and reinstalled but it's still the same. What can i do??
