Pvz garden warfare 2

Hello EA sports , I have a problem with my pvz gw2. Everything works fine until I try to join a multiplayer match. It says ,,Failed to connect to game session , please try again." My internet is working fine and I have tried everything . I don't know what to do . I am playing on playstation 4.

    Wanted to see if this issue is still happening? If so, can you please try going through our basic and advanced connection steps if your issue continues?

    I saw someone say something about Child mode or someting like that but I can't find it . My friend can join matches with no problem but I keep getting that error . I restartează the router , I tried a cold boot . I am very sad . But I can play multiplayer on pvz battle for neighborville.  So what should I do?

    same i played gw2 on my xbox and logged in perfectly fine but on my pc it always says failed to find match.

    @Mochikimi123 Agreed. Many PC players are reporting that they cannot successfully join any multiplayer games, across multiple servers and game modes, myself included.
