One day I accidentally deleted my game while wiping my tablet, so I redownloaded the game but when I signed into my profile, I misclicked and made a new file and my old file vanished. My file wasn’t connect to Game Center or an EA account only apple. Is there anything I can do, I’ve tried everything I know, but it isn’t working.

Do you still have the Player ID of the old account? If so, our live support team may be able to take a look at this for you. Otherwise, if your progress has been overwritten, then we might not be able to recover your progress.

Is their anything I can do to get the account by any chance such as proving it’s my account?
