PVZ Garden Warfare DDX Windows instantly shuts the game down

I purchased PVZ Garden Warfare DDX on the release date. Since day one I've been unable to play it. I've sent multiple reports. No answers. I constantly get sent to another website. I paid $34.99 for this game with in game extra's and the game is not playing via Origins.  ALL other games being played inside if the Origins Console play with no problems. Only my PVZ is giving me the following issue upon loading. Exactly 6-10 seconds after the loading screen comes up a box appears and states the following below;

"PLA NTS VS. ZOMBIES DDX GARDEN WARFARE has stopped working.A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."  The only option is to CLOSE PROGRAM.

The help for this game is absolutely ridiculous.  You simply can't get help. I've even went to Twitter and directly asked Origin and PVZ with no help. I sent them a screen shot with no reply.

I've opened up the correct ports as suggested.  Same error message.

I've trouble shooted PVZ with every solution recommened via the HELP boards.

Tonight I decided to try and load the game to see if it would load. An update began.

I then restarted my pc and still the same message.

This is what else I've done.

Turned off my firewall and virus protection.

Same message.

The game is not playable and there is not a soul interested in offering me a refund let alone a workable solution.

I'm this close, to contacting my credi card company and stopping payment as I reported this issue within the first 10 minutes of downloading this unplayable game.

If anyone has a magical solution I'd certainly entertain trying it.

I find it very curious that every other game but PVZ will not play in the Origin Console.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you could offer me. 

I'm not holding my breath because Origins, PopCap EA refuses to consider refunding me my money back.  I've gotten nothing but delays and the run around each day.

I'm running Windows 8 64 bit and 32 bit depending on the game etc.,

All drivers are up to date.'

    For a desktop.

    A mildly priced GPU would do you great wonders.  You would also need a Power Supply that can handle it.

    750Ti  (~$150)  nVidia

    R9 270 (~150 to $200 for 270x)  AMD/ATi

    The game would play on lower than these, but if you were buying one today I wouldn't get under those if you plan to play some games now and in the future.  If you have the bank get a bigger model of course. 

    If it's a laptop or all-in-one machine, likely you can't do anything.

    A gaming PC (desktop) doesn't mean it has to expensive.

    This helps show you how GPUs compare to each other in a rough way.

    If you look in the Windows Event Viewer to view the event logs you should be able to see more information about the crashing program. If you can copy paste that in here i might help.

    How do I attach the error message? I did a screen freeze for your Twitter page and sent it over. All I got was, that is WEIRD! Great help huh?

    I don't see an option to insert a photo of the message so you can see what it says...You could log into your EA Twitter account and view it for yourself..

    I've done all of this and I'm STILL getting the exact same error message on my PVZ Garden Warefare.  What gives????

    I've NEVER been able to play the game since day one. 10 minutes after I downloaded it (after purchasing) It started. I'm running Windows 8 64 bit

    There is a serious issue with this game and nobody is willing to say so. I'd like someone to give all of us a SOLUTION!

    I've already tried this and I'm still getting the error message.  Can you feel my frustration????

    Wolf;

    I did as you told the other person to do as far as problem SOLVED.  Below is what Intel told me.  Everything is up to date.  Any more solutions? As my problem is not SOLVED. Thanks in advance.

    This is a community based technical support forum. I and probably all other users in here don't have access to any EA twitter account. Most people in here don't even work for EA, me included. If you want to upload an image you can do so on one of the billion websites that let you do so. The event viewer log is just text which you should be able to copy paste in here.

    Two things catch my eye.

    1)  The HD3000 drivers are old, over a year old.  Since it won't let you install generic Intel drivers... this usually works depending on the laptop manufacture.  Uninstall Intel Drivers, restart, reinstall intel drivers using their .exe file.

    if that doesn't work, uninstall,  force the generic standard VGA driver, restart, install Intel drivers.

    2) I think your crash log should say version 1.0.1.0 but maybe not.  Try a repair to the game.

    HD3000 is likely not going to play this game very well.  It should run it however without crashing, just at a near unplayable level.

    ^ This is meant for Lady and lady only...

    ** I moved all these posts to yours... so they aren't spread all over... talk about confusing... look at several different thread to get all the info to draw a conclusion... not ideal
