Back at the time Windows 7 was being produced, you had to choose between 32 bit and 64 bit for the "Home Starter" versions. The "Home Premium" was sold for a higher price, and included both (that's what I personally bought at the time). Amazon still has some of the upgrades from the Starter pack of Win 7 to Home Premium, which (although they don't say so) should include both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, $36, if your machine can handle both:
Here are the full hardware requirements of Windows 7:

Is there any real reason why it couldn't have be produced for a 32-bit processor ? Are the 3D calculations so complex that only a 64-bit processor will do ?
After all, we all remember Microsoft's Halo 2 fiasco...

The game engine is for the latest game consoles, which finally are up to current standards, and 32 bit is not "current" at all, that's pre-2009, five years out of date now. And no, I could care less about any HALO game -- not my kind of game at all.

Your processor is 64bit... unless it's a dinosaur belching fire.
64bit OS + virtually any modern cpu + a mid-range or higher GPU from last 4 or 5 years

I'll save up for a new cpu. I'm 15 and I'll prob get a used 7 64 bit 4 or 8 GB ram off eBay. Or Chrstmas.

Your hardware is 64bit already. Most likely anyways...
The Operating System (windows) is the incorrect version. Software.

You will want to purchase a Gaming computer. If you do you want to look at GPU's models the most when choosing one. The bigger GPU the better gameing machine it is in most all cases.
