I'm not sure exactly what options they can offer you but they'd be the only ones who can help with this.
But I can't do Live Chat, the only option I can perform at the moment.

There are add-ons for browsers that most eBay websites do not get along with, although the Apple Safari browser seems to work for most everyone, OSX or Windows OSes.
