PvZ Garden Warfare Queued. Won't update.

So listen guys. I've tried for two to three hours chatting with EA people, phone calls, and going on my computer and deleted origin and reinstalling. I've gone from a clean boot restart to a revo installation and nothing seems to work! When I open up origin and click update on the game it just says queued. It doesn't have any "active tasks" queued and it will not update. This happens with downloads but can be fixed if you log out, then log back in and click resume download. However it does not work with updates!! Someone help me!
