 If you mean transfer progress from PS4 to PC.  As far as I know No. Transfer progress from console to PC is not possible.

No i mean transfer progress FROM pc to Ps4.
I just want everything is in the way i leave. Hours, characters, items and so on...
I wouldn't mind of items, but at least characters because i don't want to grind for max level again -_-'

 You can't transfer your progress from console to PC and from PC to Console. Sorry, I didn't specify this in my previous post.

oh my gosh.. this is horrible! just why? Did Popcap pretend i grind over and over again for max level? :O

It's impossible for technical reasons. Different servers and systems. At the moment there is one game that supports transfer progress. It is Battlefield 4 but only from past gen to next gen.

Same thing but can I connect my items and stuff from Xbox 360 to Xbox one?
