As far as I am aware Garden Warfare 2 was not released for the Xbox 360- Are you sure that you aren't referring to the original Garden Warfare?

As far as transferring data between the original GW and GW2 there was an effective deadline of February 28th of this year- about 4 months ago. Due to technical limitations transfers were discontinued and it is no longer possible.
