Hello. I just recently got PVZ GW2 due to the steam sale going on. I was really excited, but that was quickly extinguished when I entered a multiplayer game, and within a minute or two, the game crashed. I thought that was weird, so I tried again, it crashes in the same fashion. I tried a couple more times and it keeps crashing, and it is only in online multiplayer, nowhere else. I tried a lot, like updating my drivers, that being Intel and NVIDIA, posting my issue on the steam discussion where I have yet to get a reply with a workable solution but was told that there are others experiencing the same issues, verifying integrity of files and many other things. It has been going on for about two days now and I just really want to play the game. Please help!
Community ManagerHey, @Jamman_x Are you getting pure crashes, or do you also get the "cannot connect to EA servers" error as well?
Hello, I actually solved the issue and am able to play the games. I am running into another problem though. Sometimes when I play a game and leave during the lobby, the expression does not save and it goes back to before I even played the game, it does save the coins though. It gets really annoying because it basically means that all the time I just used was wasted. Would you know how to fix this issue?
Community Manager@Jamman_x Well good news there and bad news. So, what went wrong after you fix it is being looked at. I think the two are related. It has been escalated but as for a fix, that isn't something we can do from our end. Waiting on an update for a few things being caused by some server issues.
