Hey, Folks
Please run through the following if you are playing matches and not receiving XP or leveling after the match rounds. We need to see if any troubleshooting steps help resolve this.
Before you get started, change UAC Controls within Windows (change back once tested). This way, Windows will not hide security messages to approve apps in the background.
Connection Step
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
- Change TCP/IP Settings
- Set up a Static IP
- Check date/time is correct in Windows
- Try a new Windows User Account
- Reset Windows Host File
Renew IP
- From the Start menu, type cmd to search for the Command Prompt app.
- Select Run as administrator.
- Click Yes to allow User Account Control (UAC), if prompted.
- The Administrator: Command Prompt window opens.
At the prompt, type ipconfig /release, and then press Enter - The command now executes. You may see several lines of text before the command prompt returns.
- At the prompt, type ipconfig /renew, and then press Enter.
DNS Flush
- Click the Start button. It’s the Windows logo in the bottom left corner.
- Select Command Prompt.
- To open the command prompt console, you could also simply press the Windows and R keys at the same time and enter cmd.
- You may see a popup asking if you want to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer. If you do, select Yes.
- If you are asked for an administrative login at this point, then you’ll need to contact your system administrator to proceed.
- In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
- Press Enter.
- You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.
Once these steps are performed, and you are still running into an issue with the game not granting XP or updating your levels in-game, we need the following:
- EA App/Steam/Epic:
- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
- The EA app logs can be found in C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\Logs & C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs
- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Are there any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
- Can you attach a DxDiag?
After performing these steps the problem persists.

Do we have any update on this issue??? For a brief period things were fine today...then it appeared again...i mean come on at this point everybody is aware that this is a server issue...and not just any server issue its probably the size of the server and the memory capacity of it...are we to assume that ea wont increase the capacity just a bit?
- 2 years ago@bf4l3g3nd I personally haven't seen anything from EA regarding this bug. They really need to get this fixed.

Hey, folks.
At the moment, there is not an update to provide. Ive sent over every thread I could find with every comment players have made. They are aware of the issues happening with GW2 and BFN. Once there is an update we will let you know here!
Cheers!
