@EA_Shepard, Thanks for the info. Could you tell us why there are a lot of problems in the game right now? Some people can't connect to EA servers, while others can't launch the game at all. What is the reason for all this madness?
ok..is there a way for ea to check what character ive had in this game? i think i just lost one of them.
Community ManagerI'm having the same problem when I'm playing with my friends and I'm also running into another one. I ascended two of my characters to specialist and for some reason when I try to level them up it says that I "leveled -1" and puts me to level 0. And that has turned into an infinite loop of trying to level up to level 1 and just keep getting reset to 0. Any solutions on that second problem? I saw the "trying to make an update" for the first one but haven't found anything for the second problem.
PD: Specialist or higher promotion characters never start at level 0, they start at level 1.
