PVZ GW 2 - Experience and Upgrades Not Saving in MP Modes

I'm having the same problem when I'm playing with my friends and I'm also running into another one. I ascended two of my characters to specialist and for some reason when I try to level them up it says that I "leveled -1" and puts me to level 0. And that has turned into an infinite loop of trying to level up to level 1 and just keep getting reset to 0. Any solutions on that second problem? I saw the "trying to make an update" for the first one but haven't found anything for the second problem.

PD: Specialist or higher promotion characters never start at level 0, they start at level 1.

Hi @MrcBowser, at the moment no there is not a solution that players can perform on their end as it is on the server side. Not the players side.

    @EA_Shepard I no longer experience the issue where my character XP does not save when leaving a multiplayer match. However, I do wonder why some of my characters at Master have 7/8 upgrades. Do you happen to have any information on this bug and whether a fix may be coming soon?

    @EA_Shepard I have the same problem, I already have the shadow flower at master rank and I still need 2 upgrades to get, is there a solution?
