Hey, @HuiYLi Have you received that error in any other part of the game, or loading into the game or matches?
No,this only happens when I load my card bag.I can buy any store normally, but when I click to check my card package, it shows that it has been loading all the time, and after a period of time it shows that I can't connect to the server.

Hey, @HuiYLi Gotcha okay. So this is going to be related to the other issue where players also receive that same error in different parts of the game. At the moment, the team is working on issues with that specific error, so any troubleshooting steps you do on your end won't do much. We have to wait for that initial error to be resol
So there are no problems that can be solved now, right?I think I can clear my store data, maybe it will be useful
The team of this game may be able to clear my store's data or game data, and I can try starting over

@HuiYLi At the moment no there isnt because it isn't a cache issue. If it were, you could just clear the EA app cache, and that would resolve it for everyone. That isn't the issue, so sadly no. Theres more to it at the moment.
So there's no solution yet, right?When will this problem be solved?My card bag is currently in an unopened state
