PVZ GW 2 crash

hello recently bought PVZ GW 2 As soon as I start it up I have a black screen and the game shuts down My equipment meets the requirements

    The odds are highest that you are avoiding the admission that you attempted to ignore the requirements and have unsupported hardware instead of this video graphics necessity: 

    Plants vs. Zombies: GW2

    MINIMUM
    OS: Windows 7 64-bit/ Windows 8.1 64-bit/ Windows 10 64-bit
    CPU: 3.20 GHz Intel i5 650/ 2.5 GHz AMD Phenom X4 9850
    RAM: At least 4GB for Windows 7/ Windows 8.1/ Windows 10
    Hard Drive: 20 GB
    Video: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640/ AMD Radeon HD 5750 (driver conflicts)
    DirectX: 11
    Input: Keyboard and Mouse, Analogue Controller
    Online Connection Requirements: 192 KBPS or faster internet connection

I see, I'd still like to see it though as it can give hints on other things too.

Has it ever launched before?  Check \(user)\Documents\Plants vs Zombies 2  <-- does that folder exist?

If it does try changing to borderless mode by:

Edit with notepad:  \settings\PROF_SAVE_profile

Borderless:
GstRender.FullscreenMode 2

GstRender.FullscreenScreen 1

Thanks for the crash log sadly it doesn't give us anything more to go off though ☹️

      Perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling the Origin client.  This won't remove game files, just Origin.

      Do you have any overlay programs?  RiviaTuner, Overwolf, FRAPs, MSI Gaming App, etc etc?  Disable those as they cause all sorts of conflicts with Origin in Game.
