Moving this thread to PvZ: GW2 boards.
@jamihammer - if you're missing stars can you speak with one of our game advisers so they can return some to you?
To contact an adviser please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.Cheers,

If you have the tutorial issue you can PM popcap_JaGo on here and he will help you out

To the people that had this fixed already, did he reply back or anything?

- 10 years agoThank you EA_Andy. You have been very helpful, and I appreciate it. However, when I asked to have my stars returned, I was told I was only allowed to receive 10 stars. This was disappointing and frustrating, considering I lost 28 stars and my son lost 41 stars. Almost 70 stars altogether, and all we will be allowed to have returned are 10 stars each. Mine don't matter anymore, but my son was expecting all of his to be returned.
