GW2 Crashes upon launch, game rendered unplayable [Steam & EA App]

Upon launching my Steam copy of GW2, the game instantly crashes and gives me this error message, rendering the game unplayable.
I've tried launching it on the EA App, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game on both Steam and EA App. Customer support has been no use.

Attached bellow is the crash report. 

I would also attached the dump file, but the forums does not accept .dmp files. Any help with uploading the .dmp file would be greatly appreciated if it is needed.

All help greatly appreciated! I've had this issue for over a year now and would love to get back into the game again!
