PVZ GW: 2 xbox360s, 2 games, 2 live accounts but only one can connect at a time

I liked the game enough to buy a second copy. I can only connect to the EA servers on one xbox360 at a time. My husband and I have separate 360s, separate (active) live accounts and our own copies of the game. Once one of us logins in, the other gets the message "Unable to connect to EA servers a t this time. Please check your network connection and try again later." If the 1st person turns the game off, the second person can login. When the other person tries to log back in THEY get the message. Both xboxs and accounts are functioning fine. It seems to be that we cannot be on the same internet connection at the same time? That HAS to be fixable, right!?! =(

    Hello @strikerintheface 

    I am really sorry for those connection issues with the game. Have you tried to use wired connection for one of your consoles? Can you also check this thread here on the similar topic? Some of our users seems to have found a workaround for this issue. I hope this will solve this issue for you as well. Keep us posted on this.
