PVZ GW ban issue is STILL PREVELANT

A month or two ago I made a post highlighting the "ban" issue in PVZ GW1 where hackers can corrupt your save to basically banned you from the game. I was told it had been "reported and investigating" since then GW2 has had a new anticheat and the current issues post doesn't even include this. I haven't been able to play for 7 months. 7 MONTHS. This is a product STILL BEING SOLD. 
Theres 2 ways to approach this. I think we would like some more updates on the game and why this issue hasn't been fixed, as many people cannot play the game they payed for. 
Or we can file complaints to regulators such as Ofcom for EA selling inherently faulty/broken products. I think it is actually baffling that PVZ GW1 is still being sold in the state it is. Its abysmal. 

I'm not usually a confrontational person but honestly its ridiculous. Unlist the game or fix the game.
