I have the exact same message and game crash after a few minutes game play since I upgraded to windows 10. DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG("The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. ANYONE who insists on using portable PCs as if they are fully equivalent to a Gaming Class desktop should avoid any nVIDIA Geforce video devices for the present term. nVIDIA has been unable to produce reliable graphics drivers for their current, badly crippled versions for laptops. You can test every single driver they've offered in the past six months, and cross your fingers one might work, or trade that laptop off on one with a Radeon GPU in it (better yet, a stationary PC that accepts actual games-capable GPUs that have not been crippled).
