pvz gw1 game freezes when starting & trying to connect 2 EA servers(ban exploit)

Hello, I encountered a problem in pvz gw1 that it freezes when starting the game when try connecting to the server

I have had this problem since the beginning of February 2024

We were playing with a friend and then a cheater came in and the game amd crashed it, after which he wrote to my friend (hacermessagefofriend.jpg) 4.feb.2024
after this crash my game freezes at the moment (freezmoment.png) 17.aug.2024


I reinstalled the game, checked the files, changed Windows too, even the provider was changed but the problem remained
Several of my friends have the same problem

(I don't have a ban status in EA)

For 1 friend, the game server did not crash and the game no longer worked after leaving the game.
when the server crashes the game closes

The game can only be closed after a freeze through the task manager

I play through EA APP, id TumX331

    I also have the same problem as you, this is because hackers broke it by banning us from accessing the PVZ GW1 server.

    We've been waiting for so long but they still haven't responded and we don't know if they will update the patch to fix the server access error of PVZ GW1?

    I know that the hacker pinned us, maybe because they didn't like us or there was some provocation from the hacker, so they did so by freezing the server and not allowing us to access the PVZ GW1 server.

    Hackers crashed the server and banned us by cheating by freezing the server, making the hackers' dirty work even more disappointing from the game developer.

    I've also seen a lot of accounts that have been banned from exploiting a lot coming from hackers already.
