PvZ GW2 Cosmetics Gone

I reinstalled the game earlier after years of not playing and most of my cosmetics, abilities and upgrades are gone. The only things that are still there are my character and account levels, a few character variants and some cosmetics. I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times and deleting my save data but nothing seems to restore my lost cosmetics.
