PVZ GW2: Encountering problems with rank levels and character upgrades.

I'm having problems with rank levels and character upgrades. Obviously all my characters have reached master level but some of my characters are not full of character upgrades. And my rank should have been rank 54 and level 55 like the image I shared. I hope the developer will fix this issue on my account. This is the picture I took, circled in red is about character upgrades that are not complete because they have reached master level.
