I already did a factory reset and its still shows me this error can someone help me?

Can you attach a screenshot of the error?
我也是这样的情况，明明前两天玩的很好很流畅，但是今天弄了一天还是显示没有必要的配置，无论是清空后台还是重新安装游戏都不行，本人没有任何作弊软件甚至是翻墙器，求解决方法！
