PVZ GW2 Files Corrupted or Unreadable

    He deleted the EA app then reinstalled it. That fixed it.

Did he install EA App?

For the game to work on Steam you also have to have EA App installed

Yes. He was able to play the game multiple times before this with no issue, multiplayer and all. He did switch his EA account for a different one but even after that, no issue.
