If it worked before but now doesn't. Try to:
Rename (or delete) the \Documents\Plants vs Zombies GW2 folder
This will create a new batch of files on the next launch and default all settings.

Windows 10 also comes with a built-in reset function. In one mode it reinstalls windows but keeps all your data.

Tried. Reset Windows. Updated the Drivers. Deleted the Folder. Nothing Works.
For the Command Prompt, after resetting, the CheckHealth and ScanHealth functions are fine but the RestoreHealth function has an
Error:0x800f081f
The source files could not be found.

scannow has found some corrupt files but is unable to fix some of them

under "Reset your PC"
"Keep my files" is usually the one you want.
This should be essentially reinstalling Windows 10 fresh. All installed programs are no longer installed but data files all remain.
If that's the reset you already tried... perhaps try a fresh install from the Windows 10 disk. ISO images are available freely from microsoft just make sure you get the right version for the license you have.
