PvZ GW2 long loading issues

The game's sticker shop takes an eternity to open one sticker pack. Just one took 20 seconds. Before this issue it took only 3-5 seconds. Also the quest isn't loading up at all when I looked at all. Please get both of these fixed.

    my problem  is simiar except when i open the game it opens then it sits on the loading screen for literally hours and never does any thing ive had this game for a week and have yet to play any thing other than when itxs still downloading and your on the moon
