I came back on GW2 after the loading process and I entered the Sticker Shop and pressed Y to resume opening the packs. It now repeatedly says "Stocking the sticker shop..." and I cannot click B to exit the sticker shop. I have tried waiting but it just kicks me off the EA servers for being idle for too long. I tried restarting my console multiple times to fix this issue, but to no avail. I looked in Manage games and everything was installed fine, the game worked normal and the sticker shop worked fine too, but clicking Y to go in Gifts would just keep me on the "Stocking the sticker shop..." screen. Please tell me if there is some kind of fix for this issue as it has saddened me greatly that I cannot open the gifts I have.
edit: I also cannot get the packs from the mystery portal chests, as those get put in the gifts section.
I have the same issue but on ps4 and I would like to be able to open the 49 gifts I have bought from the playstation store
