PVZ GW2 There's a Problem With Your Download

I have EA Play with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate so getting the deluxe version is the only way of getting the game. I tried deleting the D3D 43 file from System32, installing DirectX, installing C++ redistrutables, repairing, and reinstalling the app. This just does not make sense why it just will not work for the best entry in the series. The other 2 first shooter games work but not this one. Please help
