PVZ GW2 unable to connect to server however, other user is able to connect.

I have this issue too.

Me and my partner both have an Xbox, and we both brought this game and installed it on our xbox's. When we load up, he logs on fine, yet I get "unable to connect to ea servers, check connection and try again". We are both on the same connection, and never have this issue on any other game.

I tried logging on my profile onto his xbox to play and it connected me to the server fine. I then tried reinstalling the game on my xbox thinking it has something to do with my xbox and I just got "unable to connect to server", I can't really understand why I can't connect to server on my xbox, but I can on someone elses xbox.

Hopefully someone has a solution to the server issues

I have seen this issue before if it's what I think it is. What goes wrong is a network issue since you use the same internet connection where your network only successfully routes the almost identical traffic to the two consoles to a single console.

First thing I would try would be to:

1. Power off the consoles and remove their power cables.
2. Find your router (and other network equipment) and remove the power as well and wait 5 minutes.
3. Power all the devices back on and see if it works.

If the above do not work can you describe your network setup? Also do you have access to your router?
