PvZ GW2 Unable to play due to missing action buttons

Question

When I played PvZ GW2 today, I cant move my character, and the skill buttons appeared to be "none" (like in the picture attached below). Please tell me why did this happen. How can I fix this? Do I need to reinstall the game? Thank you in advance!

Hello,Nearly 3 months passed, and this problem still persists. I can't move or use abilities.
