I have downloaded the 10 hour trial for garden warfare 2 through ea access on xbox one but it is stuck on the loading screen with the flower in the corner.

I have tried numerous times but no luck. The last time I waited over 15 minutes. I switched the xbox one off everytime prior to trying again.

Any ideas please?
