PvZ Heroes - Huge Giganticus packs missing from shop
In game news said that huge-giganticus packs gonna be brought back into PvZH Heroes from 10-13May, but there is no packs on shop page.

In PvZ heroes, it is not giving me my free packs for logging in on May 10th and 11th. How do I fix this.

In fact all of my friends(we play on different platforms), that play PvZ heroes have this issue
Same deal here, never received free packs on 10th or 11th of May, or in the last promotion either.
The huge giganticus pack only arrived in the store for me this morning (12th May).

It would be nice to hear back from EA please. We have more free packs scheduled for tomorrow, and I'd hate to miss out on those too.
