PvZ Heroes - lost account

Hi, I recently had some problems with the app, so I deleted it and downloaded it again. When I completed the tutorial and logged (or signed in, don't know the difference, but already had an account) in using ea and than google play, I had options between loading the old good account, or keep plaing the game with the new one. I accidentaly selected the new one and I'm stuck on it. When I repeated the whole process again, I only had options between the new one made the first time, and the even newer one created by doing the tutorial again. Is there a way of getting the old good one back without knowing the exact ID?
