Hi, I recently had some problems with the app, so I deleted it and downloaded it again. When I completed the tutorial and logged (or signed in, don't know the difference, but already had an account) ...

    You can try and see if our EA Help can assist you, but without your player ID I'm afraid they might not be able to retrieve your old account: Contact EA Help
