PvZ Heroes 10 Premium Pack Bug

I am reporting a bug in PvZ Heroes where after buying the 10+1 premium pack for 1000 gems my gems were used up but I got no cards. Super frustrating and I have no clue what caused it. I have previously bought the same thing and there were no issues.
