PVZ Heroes Bug or Hack?

I started a match with an opponent in ranked. This guy played admiral navy bean every single turn up till turn 6-7 where I lost the match. He didn’t play any other card besides that one. I didn’t count exactly how many he played , but it was for sure 10+ admiral navy beans. 

is this a bug, glitch, or hack?
