PvZ Heroes events card bug

So uh, I claimed the daily rewards tickets. I had 1195 and it gave me 10, so I completed the 1200 tickets needed for the event card. However, the animation of the card did nor appear, the game took all my tickets (I have 105 for the ones remaining and also I played a match against CPU before taking the picture), they didn't gave me the card and also, now it says 1/4 at the right, even if i don't have the card
