pvz heroes: heroes challenges bug

hii!! i was doing the last mission on my plant heroe that says “win 3 multiplayer games” the reward it was supposed to be 15 packs, but instead a received only one. i want to know if it is a visual bug or the game is bugged and they give me only one and not the 15 packs I expected
