Community Manager@DoktorMehme1 Wanted to follow up on this one. Have you been able to install and open the game?
If the game does not open, what happens when you tap on the game icon on your phone?
Which phone are you using?
I'm using Samsung Galaxy A52 when i tap the icon game opens but its frozen in the opening screen and it just keeps loading

Yeah i downloaded the game on another device and its still the same

@DoktorMehme1 When you downloaded it on the other device, did it happen when you launched or when you tried to log in or play through the first part of it?
