Pvz Heroes Store Pack Issues
The only pack in the store is the premium pack. I know this has happened for a long time, but everywhere else it says the only solution is for support to fix it themself.

Community Manager@06r2ll2v7qw5 Hey, i just purchased the premium pack with no issues. When you try to purchase that one specifically what error are you getting? Is your game linked to an account at the moment?
It's not that I can't buy premium packs.
The problem is that the only pack in the store is a single premium pack. Also no, my account is not linked to an EA account.

@06r2ll2v7qw5 Oh i see what you are saying. The same is in mine. I let them know about about it. Something like this store is a bit out of our hands. That would be something the games team has to fix on their end.
- @EA_Shepard Im also having this problem, i think its more common now idk but please fix this as fast as possible beacuse i cant get free packs and theres huge giganctus and beta carrotina coming into the game i really want them ☹️
- @Golonka37 Same for me, I have exact problem and there's also supposed to be 40% discount on packs (it was announced in the game few days before).
But For You page works properly for me. I can see limited packs including Huge Gigantacus pack. Otherwise I've had issue with finding Ghoulie pack but this problem is already being solved.
