Pvz Heroes Store Pack Issues
The only pack in the store is the premium pack. I know this has happened for a long time, but everywhere else it says the only solution is for support to fix it themself.

same thing here, but for some reason when I buy the pack there is an almost guaranteed chance of getting one out of 6 Super-Rare cards and a 0% chance of a legendary even though the description of the pack on the store says otherwise (it says the usual 30% for a Super rare, 10% for a legendary and 3% for new hero)
