PvZ Heroes: Unable to Invite or Join Friends
Is it my account? I’m unable to invite or join friends.
Is there a way to reset the account or rectify it.

if he re-install, will he lost his cards?

@bkaydan Make sure you are linked to an account before a reinstall as if you are not that progress may be lost. If you are linked a reinstall won't cause you to lose any actual progress. I do it multiple times just for testing purposes.
