PVZ on MAC

i have already purchased plant vs zombie for ea app. it says that the game can be played on mac and windows. but wheni launched the ea app, it says that the game can only be played on windows. what can i do? can i get a refund?

    This could happen if the game version purchased was for Windows only. To get assistance with that, please contact EA Help Support as they should be able to check your purchase and assist you further.
