Hi We recently purchased this game on our laptop for my son's11th birthday. This is our first purchase and he could not play it at all. We have tried to update and fix the game several times. It downloaded and installed but we are getting the same issue. We also tried uninstalling and installing the game 4x. Its frustrating and a waste of money. Our internet went down the night we were trying to download, so we thought that was the issue but the cable company already came out and fixed it, which explains why we tried to undo and repeat the steps. This is very frustrating.
We are not computer savvy so please forgive us. Here are our specs -
Windows 8
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3110M CPU
Intel(R) HD 4000
2.4GHz
4 GB RAM
64 bit Operating system
If we cant use it, we would like a refund. We are terribly unhappy and frustrated. I don't think it's ready for PC and the instructions and fixes described are for avid gamers. How come the in-depth system requirements aren't given when purchasing the game? Noticed that other people are being told their PC cannot support the game.
Please help us with the game or help us get a refund so we can get our son something else for his birthday.
