How long does it usually take for AE servers to be back up, because they are down for 6 hours in Plants vs. Zombies garden warfare?

When are they going to fix this for us?

Ive been trying to play my game for a full day even trying EA support twice which the solutions they gave me didn't help i have my ps4 and ea account linked please someone help me 😭😭🙏

I have had this issue for a long time now,

I play plants vs zombies on xbox one after moving over from 360 and every time I load the game it says unable to connect to servers, I've not been able to play in over a year or so now?

I try every often but it's the same message every time I load into the game.

Any way to resolve this?
