PvZGW2 flickering and scan lines
Still getting flickering and scan lines making game almost unuseable.

Looks like you deleted your post. What you describe sounds like someone in your game is doing one of the character morph glitches, which can ruin graphics for everyone else in the game.

There is a way in multiplayer to exploit pressing a bunch of buttons, at the right moment and aided by a team mate, to morph two characters together. The results are various, and some of them will affect the graphics for other players in the game.
From your response, I would guess that this is not your issue, but something you are experiencing in the game in general?
