Pvzh cheater with many "Going Viral"

Hello, I encountered a cheater in a ranked match where he was using a lot of "going viral" moves (20+ i guess). 

 I have a short recording of him using significantly more "Going Viral" than the deck allows (4) and he can conjure. Unfortunately, I can't upload the video here.

Will any action be taken against this player or should I forget about it?
